ABSA UTTERLY USELESS!!!

ABSA, am I now to truly believe you are thieving so-and-so's? I arranged for new monthly payment on my property and although I asked for written proof of arrangement to be mailed to me, I have to date not received anything. Spoke to a lady with the name of Penelope at home loans and was ensured that everything was sorted out and there was no further need for worry. YEAH RIGHT!!! Just received word the sheriff of the court arrived at my previous address with a summons for re-possession of my property! Why make me believe the hassles are sorted, when meantime, back at the ranch, ABSA is scheming on the sly on how to get their grubby paws on my property! I am PAYING for heaven's sake!
