ABSA SALE OF PROPERTY without notification

I am in shock to hear that my property is to be auctioned in October.
I received 2 calls from consulting companies who claim that they are able to assist with making an offer to the bank in order to save my property. When I heard this the first time last week, I called in to ABSA and was told that someone would return my call - this did not happen. I then called today and an automated answering service claimed that due to unforeseen circumstances they could not take any calls and thus I would have to call back. However, on calling back, keep getting the same message.
The numbers I dialled were 011 221 6111/6616. I also dialled home loans but their office closes at 16h30
I then called the general customer services and was told that someone would call me. I hereby state that I have not been informed by ABSA that my property would be sold/auctioned. I was also not sent any correspondence in this regard nor contact telephonically or in any way.
ABSA cannot say that they do not have my contact details as I normally receive quarterly statements from ABSA and I have chatted with the
