Reposessed Vehicle

I bought a car, Fiat in 2005 for R 90 000.00. Financially things got bad and I went under Debtreview. I made payments before I went under debtreview as well as when I was under debtreview. Still after 4 years of payments the bank wanted more money while I was under debtreview, and I made an increase on my monhtly premium. Last year 2012 the car also got a new engine from Fiat in the amount of R 80 000.00. The bank then after I increased my premiums still reposessed my car. After they sold the car the now claim another amount of R 130 000.00 from me. I feel this is and unacceptable. I must pay this R 130 000.00 as well as make a plan for a new vehicle and pay the new vehicle. I need a full report on all the payments theyved received from me since 2005 untill they reposessed my car. They need to withdraw their claim in the amount of R 130 000.00 and take my name off ITC. I did not sign anything from them, I did not receive a Summons or a Court Order. I did not tell them to sell my car for less. How much money do they still want to pocket after 7 years of payment received on my vehicle. This is corrupt.
