SA Taxi will rip you off and reposes your vehicle

I'm disgusted by the way SA Taxi treated me as a customer over 5 years of business with them.

I bought a Taxi through SA Taxi in 2008, paid my instalment for 3 years without receiving statements to start off. In September 2010 and I called SA Taxi to inform them of the accident, I was reffered to Gerald, he told me to call CTU and make a claim and I told him that I have enough money for the exess and will not be able to make the instalment for october, he told me that once the claim is made to CTU, the time extension will be made. In January 2011, the vehicle was involved in another accident, I was able to pay the excess and installment. I received a sumons that I must be in court I was in arrears of R21000, I went to SA taxi to find out what was going on since I don't receive statements, I was told to ignore the the sumons because I had been paying my monthly installments, In Feb 2011, the vehicle was reposessed and I managed to get it back and found that some of the parts was stripped and I made a claim and nothing was done till today, now they tell me there is no record of me making a claim and that Gerald does not work in claims department anymore.
