ABSA IS THE WORSE BANK EVER!!

I am under debt review since 2010 and eventually for the past 3 months have been trying to get the lawyers to settle in court so that its legal and not just per agreements with call centres. All the banks accepted but dearest ABSA opposed, firstly because they did not believe that I had a child?? seriously then they contested my living expenses where I really struggle currently and still pay my debt amount deligently every month. Now they want more money but now it gets interesting as I then worked out how to cut down on my food bill to give them extra money. We sent them the proposal and then ABSA phones (Kabashni) tellling me they have nothing on record. I tell her the whole process and docs that was sent and she tells me to speak to the debtreview department but I spoke to them yesterday (Mapesa) and she told me they had nothing on their records I must speak to legal. Reshmika is the one lady I have been speaking to the most and left her messages sent her emails. NO ONE GETS BACK OR TRY TO HELP!! They told me to stop paying the debt amount to the NPDA?? I want to pay them and finish in 5 years not good enough they wish that as sole provider of my family for me to die!
