Repossed Vehicle

I bought a Fiat Palio in 2008 for R 72 000.00. My financial state went down and I went under debtreview. While making payments, in 2012 a lady by the name of Lettie contacted me and send me a letter stating I must increase my monthly payment. I told her that is fine, I will make payments in the amount of R 1800 per month. I also told her that I am moving out of Debtreview for I applied for a Reconsilliation Loan to pay all my debt in full. The loan took some time for it had to go for Fica and to SARS. Lettie gave this situation to collections and they Repossed my car on 23 January 2013. They did not come with a Court Order for they said then they have to sell the car immediately, they asked me to sign a "Kennisgewing van beeidiging" which states theyll give me 15 days to pay the outstanding amount or they will sell the car and give me 10 days to pay the outstanding amount left. The outstanding amount is still R 76 000.00, more that I bought the car for and they did also receivged monies on my car. I feel if they sell the car they must sell it for what they still want, leave me and take myname of ITC. Why must i keep on paying for a vehicle I do not have?
