SCM HORNBUCKLE - VEHICLE REPOSESSED

I went through a bad patch building up my business in a new town, and fell behind on some payments, I made an arrangement with a person named Divan, but that arrangement just disappeared. i made regular payments, as much and as often as i could. I changed my address before i moved to Bethlehem, Mrs Maartins from MFC assisted me, but a summons was issued against me, and delivered somewhere in Ficksburg (where i used to stay) i have not seen it, or received it myself. I have sent numerous e-mails, made numerous telephone calls, but NOBODY seems to want to assist me. I am able to pay R30 000 (which should ore than settle the amount in arrears) but MFC is bent on selling the vehicle for R70000, which leaves me with a huge shortfall. Without my vehicle, i cannot work, with what income will i pay that? I am fully capable of meeting my monthly payments now. The biggest mistake i have EVER made, was going to debt review, i panicked. R5 000 was from my business, which meant i couldnt pay the debt counselling, which sent me further into this hole. I am on my feet again, and CAN pay my vehicle, why not give me the chance, what have you got to lose? Please help me, i am desperate!!!
