Metropolitan Life
Account closed - debit still running

I surrendered my policies and Metropolitan are still deducting the money from my account. The stop order is for R400 and they only refunded me R270. is this the way these people do business. what happened to almost 50% of the money.

Can anyone provide me with a number for someone where I can submit a formal complaint as this company is worse than the our money
