Poor service is compromising our business

Our business in property management services relies on FNB to send us statements for 31 separate bank accounts on a monthly basis on the 1st Tuesday of every month. We are having a recurring issue where these statements being late and an incorrect format. Every month we have a different excuse as to why this is not happening with no apologies. This has now caused us directly to lose 3 clients due to delayed service from FNB . We deal with all 4 of the big banks and FNB is the only one treating us so poorly. Please can we rectify with haste so that this issue does not reoccur. It is not just an issue of non-delivery, but also constant discourtesy from Kalthoema. I await your response.
