I CANNOT ACCESS MY E-STATEMENTS ON STRIATA

I cannot load Striata onto my computer at work and do not have a home computer. When Absa send me e-statements I phoned and told them this, only to be told to go into a branch to ask them to issue paper statements or send e-statements in a different format. I received paper statements for 1 month. Now, we are back to e-statements which I cannot access and am now told to go into a branch to change it!!! Give me a break!!! This service is atrocious.
