Issuing of contract

To whom it may concern,

I am extremely disappointed in the level of service we have received from both Discovery Life and the broker which put me into contact with and who handled our applications.

My wife and I started our applications for life insurance in the beginning of May this year. To this day we are still waiting to receive finalized contracts from Discovery. On numerous occasions we were advised by the broker that Discovery is experiencing problems with its system that issues the contracts. On the other side, there is absolutely nothing wrong the component of the system which deducts monthly payments from one's account. This is obviously to be expected as all the companies these days look after their own interest before that of their customers. What I find extremely alarming is that if it takes this long to just issue a contract, how long would it take for them to pay out a claim when the money is really needed.

I am a long standing customer of Discovery Health, but I can't wait to shift my lift portfolio to a different service provider! The whole experience was truly unpleasant.
