I had an IOD on 8 November 2012 where the Drs rooms incorrectly claimed from Discovery. As soon as I realised this, I notified both Drs and Discovery.

Drs reversed the claim immediately. However, Discovery is holding me liable for a certain amount 'not reversed'.

I have since then sent numerous emails, made just as many calls, escalated to our Broker, emailed all the proof to them - still no joy!

Discovery's explanation - system error. It really is not my problem. Fix your system.

I have emails where they said I don't owe any money but they are holding back money due to the so called 'debt amount'!

To date, I've not had issues and accepted all their rules and regulations although they are extremely expensive.

But now, nearly a year later, this service and excuse is no longer acceptable.

To try and talk to management is also a challenge. I am also waiting for feedback after yet another call to them yesterday!

Please sort out your 'system errors'!
