Reapeted unauthorised withdrawals on my account

I Suspended my Mobile banking with Capitec bank two weeks ago, but someone is my money even though there is a confirmation from Capitec that my mobile banking was suspended. i always go to the Branches and they promised to call back but they never returned to me. i have been banking with capitec bank bank since 2007 and none of this has ever happened, they now have clients and they are treating me like i am useless or i dont have anything good to do with my money. the money that was from was my Salary but captec bank is acting as if it is just a minor incident
