On Sunday I used Capites Mobile banking and the message I received was "bank to confirm telephone number" but the money concerned was debited in my account. I called a Capitec consultant who was very and I mean very unwilling to help me to escalate with my enquiry, The only thing she offered to do is to go through my statement with her so that she can "prove to me" that there was no such transaction in my account. That still does not resolve my query and what exactly happened to my money. If this is the attitude of Capitec's mobile consultants the I would rather change my bank to snother banking institution.

Andisiwe Matshona was not willing to help me, not willing to resolve my problem. She just indicated that there is absolutely nothing she can do about it as her system does not reflect anything. I mean really. Can she be so rude and so incompetent to make sure I get joy with my money or/enquiry. Im off at Capitec. Talk about lack of client care
