After my previous complaint I have been told that they can't refund the money but will "write off" any other outstanding debt on the account. Needless to say they will phone me for my credit card, but the Vehicle acount is still showing on my profile? Phone me for R200, but your side of R3000 taken from my account is just okay? I don't think so... I'm really not happy banking there anymore, after I stopped severeal debitorders, I popped up agagain...
