Do you really want to from a 50 year old?!

Truworths and their head office/Area manager refuse to exchange my fathers pants wich is R400. But still demand that my mother must pay for the pants!! How can she pay for something, she can't use anymore?! Or won't?! I don't see the point in this! All I'm seeing is, their busy from my mother!! Her monthly installment is already R1100 every month and she pay's it every month on her due date!! She never skipped a month! Now this is her thank you?! Ill go to the papers if I have to seriously!! This is not acceptable. No 1 will pay for something their not using, eating or wearing. Right?! I can't believe this seriously.
