Acc paid in full 2 months ago and still hounding

On the above Reference number, an amount of R 47996.00 was paid in full settlement of the account, on the 12.07.2013 by the surretor Mr Gert Coetzee for his son. Twice he has faxed and emailed the proof of payment, on the 29.07.2013 and 26.08.2013. The second time Gabi, who called him confirmed receipt of it. He then requested a letter stating that he has been released off of the surity, which he not only did not receive, he is also still being hounded by calls demanding payment.

3 things need to happen here.
They need to stop calling him for money.
They need to acknowledge that the account has been paid
They need to send a letter confirming that he has been released of his surety.
