Settlement MESS UP!

On 6th February I contacted the HTN attorneys call centre for a settlement amount on my Fashion Express Account, I spoke to Mbali Mbatha who then emailed me a settlement amount:
Good day Nicky Kindly receive the attached doc of your settlement letter as requested, as we have discussed telephonically. The total amount is R11 103.39 less 20% discount amounted to R8882.712 valid until tomorrow dated 07/02/2013 Kindly include the reference number when making a payment Ref: FG-27830
CTP Consultant, Mbali Mbatha I then made the payment requested R8882.71 on 7th February 2013. I called a week later requesting a paid up letter confirming full settelement of the account. I was told that Mbali no longer works there and that the amount given to me was not correct. This is totally unacceptable, i was given a settlement in writing and paid the amount requested. I have since been trying endless times for someone to sort this out. Nonteko Kraai advised that her team leader Rose McKay was dealing with resolving my query, however, i have to keep calling and it is most frustrating! What kind of institution is this??? To top it all i receive calls and sms msgs re full o/s balance! FRUSTRATING!!
