Bad Service before you even become a client

To whom it may concern,

I was contacted end July/beginning August regarding me qualifying for a Gold Cheque Account with Nedbank and was given the benefits and was happy to go ahead but wanted a day to think it over. I told the consultant to please contact me the very next day and wasn't contacted till the 15th August. I told them I have been waiting for this call for the past 2 weeks and was told there was a problem with their system? I let it go and still went ahead with the application and approved for Nedbank to open this account for me. I was told someone would contact me within 2 weeks regarding my card and have had no feedback what so ever. If this is how you treat clients before they even become one, then I don't want to be a part of it. Please cancel my application as I have decided to stay with my current bank.
