Credit card application

I bank with nedbank since 2008 I recently went to da ghandi branch to apply for a credit card were I was told that my scores are down cz of da itc record held by mfc I then explained that I paid it up in full then I was promised by the consultant that if I can bring in my pay slip and proof of settlement he can process the credit card application I then did so bt my proof was blurred so he did nt accept it requested I email to him and if it comes out clear then he can go ahead bt since its emailed doubt if it will come out clear my concern here is that my proof of settlement is held by nedbank since mfc falls under the same bank why must I go thru so much and why is the bank taking forever to clear my name I did my part but its still outstanding after so much promises
