Terrible Service on Card Application

I applied for an American Express card from Nedbank on 13/8/2013 and got an SMS to say I was approved on 16/8/2013. The SMS said I would be contacted within a week for card delivery. When I did not get a call back after a week, I phoned several times to follow up. Each time, the response was that somebody would call me back shortly to arrange delivery. Yet no call backs were received.
On 29/8/2013, almost 2 weeks after the approval SMS, being fed up with this lack of service, I called to cancel. The retentions agent then convinced me that it would all be sorted out, so I decided to give Nedbank another chance.
Unfortunately, up till today (10/9/2013) still nobody has contacted me to arrange delivery of the card. This is almost a month since I applied and got approved for the card

By any standards, this is pathetic service. I am now requesting for the card application / account to be cancelled.
Don't expect to see me joining Nedbank as a client any time soon, and I would advise everyone else to stay away as well. If this is how they treat new clients, I shudder to think how existing clients are treated.
