Miway claim C478507. I have reported no feedback on this claim since 22/08/2013. Saturday 31/08/2013 a lady called and said she is very sorry as I had gone to the facebook page and laid my complaint. I was told Saturday that someone will come back to me on Monday 02/09.2013. No one has bothered to come back to me. I have two outstanding claims one for a accident in 2011 whereby my excess has still not been returned to me. Second is this claim and I have no clue since sending the pictures no accessor or authorised panel beater has been allocated. I am still awaiting an email with the damages quote. If you wouldnt mind MIWAY find it in your schedule to fit me in and get some "SERVICE". You have put a bad taste in my mouth with the service I am receiving from your company. Well this is my decision should I not get a reply from you, i want my car repaired with my car hire ready by Thursday Morning 05/09/13 and to a Authorised VW panelbeater!!! And I suggest MF Panel beaters in Boksburg, thats my final decision...
