Disappointed in FNB Insurance Broker service

My name is Terence Burts i have a policy with THE HOLLARD INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED and FNB Insurance Brokers is the INTERMEDIARY my policy nr is 1278831. A few months ago on 8/09/2012, someone broke into my house and gave me great harm and my stuff in the house at that time I rented a house with no burglar bars. I have taken out the Insurance on the 03.15.2011 and I put in the policy that I had no burglar bars. They accept the policy and i start to pay the policy, but when I got to the burglary claim I was completely evade by claimsofficer, every time I call they say that they are still on the case and promised to call me back. It For eight months now that I wait for FNB Insurance Brokers to let me know if the claim was turned away or approved and each month I PAY my policy. I am very disappointed in their service
