I applied for a SAA Voyager credit card as advised by my husband who also banks with Nedbank. This was done on the 30 July 2013. 1 August I was advised that the cards were ordered and that it would take up to 10 working days for face to face delivery which is what I requested. Day 6, no card and so I decided to call Card Division - I confirmed all of my personal details including cellphone number. I was advised that an email would be sent to card distribution in order to follow up on this matter and that I would be receiving a call in the next day or two. No calls. Day, 7 I called as above, day 8 and day 10. Only on day 10 did an agent advise me that I was supposed to receive QPC forms that needed to be signed before the cards can be delivered! These forms were sent to me on Friday 16th August. For some reason Nedbank managed to find a home address that I did not enter when applying online and my cell number was incorrect AFTER my 4 phone calls correcting it. I have refused face to face delivery and requested branch delivery only to be told today it will take another 4-5 working days. Nedbank if you would like to lose a client I am more than happy to remain loyal to ABSA.
