I am using MiWay as my car insurance. I changed the job, so my pay day also changed to the last day of the month since I am now working for a new company. I have informed MyWay several times about this change and I asked them to shift their debit date to the last day of the month as well. I have been reporting this since the beginning of the year (January 2013), but they keep on debiting before my pay day which is the last day of the month.

Today (30 August 2013) I received an sms which reads as follow " MiWay did not receive your premium. You have no cover for period 25/08 - 24/09. Ref#9662006"

So this simple means that if something can happen to my car next month, MiWay won't pay. Whereas it is their fault. I've been calling their call center hoping that they will update on their system and they always tell me that it is fixed, but I still get sms from my bank when they debit on the 27th of every month.

I am really disappointed about their service.
