I can cancel the account if you want to? But if you want to have cover we will have to take the required debit, due to the fact that we have not debited your account. I do apologise the debit was supposed to go off on the 25th as it would every month but it did not this month as the debit had been put on hold. Thus we will provide you with continues cover as long as we collect the premium on the resubmission date, we cannot cover you otherwise if we don't receive the debit.
