I applied for a credit card with a meagre limit after having been offered high limits form Standard Bank before on two separate occasions. I sent my documents and was required to send the most recent statement. I sent an interim statement, that I downloaded online as a temporary solution until I received my monthly statement. I only receive my emailed statements after month end and I don't have time to go to the bank during the week. The person who was dealing with my application (WHO WILL NOT REPLY TO MY EMAIL REQUESTING A NAME AND SURNAME) was rude and plain stupid in dealing with what I had sent after I had explained myself. I was trying to provide everything to the best of my ability but clearly the person is not of high intellect.
Who wants to bank with an institution who has uneducated people serving their clients? DEFINITELY not me!
