Elna goes the extra Mile - not "private banker"

Elna Weideman was my banker when I was in bloemfontein - after moving to johannesburg it was taken over by bankers in jhb which does not give a about their client. They are so arrogant in jhb and not helpful. As a private banker Mr. Ndebele, Patrick PS, does not even know what a Turn-key project is for homeloan. It has delayed our entire process with 3weeks and end up with screaming matches over the phone.
Us as clients has to explain to him his job.
Got so many issues with my private and business my credit card these past few months with promises from standand bank agents like mr Zita Truman about a dispute he "sorted". But also he made promises that his company does not Support.
If it was NOT for ELNA WEIDEMAN in brandwag bloemfontein I would have moved to FNB last week. Hope she get the support from Standard Bank to keep a 14year Client. Pls send truman and patrick on training to bloemfontein so they can learn client eticket and manners with some useful training needed to do their job.
