Disputing the balance

I paid R15000 into my revolving credit account in July and received a sms that the balance outstanding is about R2800 something, in August a R730 was debited from my account for this loan and now the balance states R25 00 something. How is it that after the debit the difference is about R300 when a full debit of R730 was debited from my account. What happened to the R430 difference since only R300 reflects on the balance owed.
