Account in arrears yet debit order goes through

I have a personal loan with standard bank, I've recieved a letter that says my account is in arrears and interest been charged yet my current is being debited every month and I've recently check my balance at the brunch, account balance is decreasing monthly now I don't know what going on with this account. Now being told I have to make sure there funds in account yet these people take my money every month, surely their system they can see the debit order is still there and whenever you try to call sharecall Ive been transfered to one department the other no one seem to know how to deal with this iss.ue.
