Loan amt Debited, but have an outstanding balance

Ageed date for D/O was 27/4/13, My bank account debited on 29/4/13 for full amt. but my wonga acc has an outstanding balance of R57.09 with no repayment terms, where does the balance come from?
No response yet from my email I sent.
