TAKING MONEY WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!!

I am so disappointed in Fnb. I recently switched fromABSA bank to fnb. i did this because i currently have a joint home loan with Feb. now the installment of the home loan is deducted from my mother's account, because she is my joint partner. now what disgusts me is Feb starts deducting money from new cheque account into my housing without my permission. i did .nt agree or sign for this. JUST BECAUSE I DECIDED TO SWITCH TO YOURBANK DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO JUST GO INTO MY ACCOUNT AND TAKE MONEY? nobody has bothered to ask for my consent. I've called their call centre to find out why this has been Done nd nobody to explain instead i was told that a lady by the name of the Noma authorised this!!! NOW I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY AND THIS ACCOUNT CLOSED IMMEDIATELY.
