Good day.
My name is Mr. Lesch.
I have been having an ongoing raging fight (to no avail) with old mutual concerning my provident fund.
I can not understand how it is seemingly impossible for a company to pay back people's hard earned money!
On the 4th of December, Old mutual had received all the required documentation (according to the call centre) and promised me that payment would be made within 10 to 15 days, This is after a three month struggle with my previous employer to hand over the documentation!
On the 27th of December, I called yet again and was told that Old Mutual had not applied for the tax!
On the 30th of December, I called again and this time I was told that the payment should have been made a long time ago!
As of yet, I have not received payment.
After desperate pleas and begging, sweet talking and finally shouting -- NOTHING.
I am DISGUSTED, what ever trust I had in Old Mutual as a company is now out the window.
I am disgusted that four months after this struggle has begun, my money is still not were it should be.

What more must one do?
