Vehicle tracker system not working and no response

I am extremely irritated that the Discovery call centre has not responded back to me on my problem with the DQ tracker in my vehicle!!!
After months (at least 4 months) of complaining to your call centre that the DQ Mapper on the website is not tracking my car correctly, they have not once responded by actioning a correction. My last call was yesterday to your call centre (agent name is available) expressing my frustration, and after 30 minutes on the phone with him, he said he will call me back. Its been 2 working days, and no feedback.

The tracker is not functioning on my car and I AM AT RISK IF ANYTHING DOES HAPPEN!

Being a loyal Discovery customer for more than 10 years, I cannot believe this level of response from them.
