This follows my previous report of bad service with MiWay. Just when i thought they would learn from previous experiences, MiWay seems to take first prize when it comes to bad service. After reporting my car after unfortunate accident, i was deeply disappointed to be told i was in arrears with my account when in fact it wasn't. When that was finally resolved after hours of being stuck on the road in the cold with no assistance, my account was finally verified as active. Then followed the claim for the damage to be repaired. MiWay took ages to get back to me to verify the details. It was only after i followed up with them did an agent finally initiate the claim. You can imagine the disappointment as this was my first time ever to be in an accident and have to claim. Their lack of urgency to customer claims, absence of customer service is way off the radar. It took more than a month to have my car finally sorted, much to my disappointment. I guess, that's what they mean by their slogan "having things done MiWay". It certainly is NOT "the customers way".
