Poor service for phone repairs

Sent the phone for repairs with Call sure. the phone came back the screen and buttons were fixed but not assembled properly. Logged the call for the phone to be repaired again, the driver came to collect the phone on the 16-08-2013. Receibed the phone back on the 29-08-2013 still not repaired. Sent an email requesting the manager to call me back but he/she didnt. Dawyne advised that the manager tried to call for of which that is not true. all the email and correspondence that he sent had attitude and no customer service what so ever. still waiting for a call from the manager/supervisor.
No arrangements were made on collection or when delivering.
Feedback was not provided on the progress of the repairs.
They remember to send me sms's confirming that they deducting the insurance every month end but when Dwayne sent an email confirming that the manager called me it was an incorrect number.
The emails are very cocking and no indication that the apology is genuine.
hope ill receive some sort of feedback from them
