Debited all my money

I have a loan with bayport.i did not make payments for three months.so they the decided to take my account to the the laywers, then there was these guy who came to my work place so that we can make arrangement of how much can i pay, i agreed to pay 1000rand for two loans that was my affordability, then i signed the papers.so now they have debited all my money, i called bayport and i talked to tebogo ledwaba that can i have a refund, it was on monday.untill today the is no money on my account, do they have the rghts to go thruogh my account and take all my money.why did i signed the papers for.and they gave me a loan but once they we are that my credit profile is bad, that was reckless landing, so i can only afford 1000rand thats all.i need a refund cause now my other debit has bounce back because they took all the money in my account of which is day light .i need my money please.
