Firstly i needed to set up my PayPal account. FNB online was giving me problems so I went into the branch.. Miss Ruthula said they wont help me there and that i needed to call pay pal which I had already done. When I said it is not a PAy pal issue she refused to believe me. Also two consultants we answering my questions with, No and WE CANT but were speaking to Miss Ruthula..n I coulde HEAR them.. when I said that they could speak to me directly they sort of rolled their eyes..
I asked her, irritably, to call the manager which she did and HE helped me set up my account.
While I was waiting for the manager I asked the lady for her name, as things had became quite heated. She took of her name badge and threw it on the table and said there!
Second, I was double debited, went into the bank.. the consultant charged me for a statement and sent me off to request that the money be reversed by the merchant. The Merchant, over 20kms form home, called their swipe machine supplier who said they money was immediately reversed..went back to the bank who told me to go back to parrots AGAIN - the manager was not interested in helping at all.. then a girl calls me today for car insurance, & hangs
