I'm a FNB client & been trying to get my money back since 1st of May for my card that has been swiped twice for same transaction. Merchant is asking me to provide with bank statement & challenge is Merchant themselve didnt bank this money & its not showing as yet on my bank statement though the bank confirmed that they can see this payment on their side. I still believe that the bank can assist me as their client but both the bank & Merchant have been putting me from a pillar to post.
