Over debited and garnished for interest

I took a loan of R4200 then they told me if its my fist time the loan should be paid in 6 months, thy debited their first instalment on ma standard bank acc n i switched 2 fnb . i tried calling them but their phones are all answering machines, after 2months thy decided 2 send sum1 to cum collect my banking details n i gave him.thy only debited once on ma bank account n started debit on ma pay sleep da amount of R802 which i ddnt agree on with any1 from june2012 till 2dae. ive tried calling them a number of tyms to get da balance bt thyve been teln me thy cant give it 2 me over the phone... ive went to their branch wer i got the acc bt the lady ther told me thy dnt hv any documents with them thy at headoffice n thy dnt hv da phone numbers besides da 1 i have
