Incompetent

I have been banking with std bank for many years without any hassles, until I took out a loan with them. The loan has now been paid in full but there's an amount of R13 that keeps being debited from my savings account. I've been to the branch so many times n even called the customer service and was told to close the loan account at the branch of which I attempted to do. Till today nothing has been done that fee is still going off my account. Today I've discovered they debited an amount of R112.85 from my PureSave savings account. Who gave them the right to do that? I'm taking legal action against Std bank. They are highly incompetent and I'm taking my services elsewhere!!
