Debit still running?

A copy of my message sent to AA Insurance this afternoon via the online contact form at 17:30;

"Hi,

I cancelled my policy a while back but see that R64.00 is still being deducted from my account. Today, I received an SMS stating the following; "Dear AA client a deduction of R64 for your Value Added Products will go off on 30-Aug-13. PLEASE NOTE New ref no: VAPINSAA. Call 0861 115 674"

I would appreciate it that further debits are nor deducted from my account and that any such debits which have been run after I cancelled my policy be reverted accordingly."
