Best service I have ever received at any bank

My husband and I had a meeting at Bedford Centre this morning and walked past the capitec there. The design is lovely and I commented about this out loud. Itshepeleng heard me and thanked me as her was standing close to the door. He did not use it as an opportunity to harass us with details about banking products but we spoke to him because he was a polite, approachable young man. He also was very knowledgeable about the banks products when we asked him a few questions and he provided us with all the information we needed to make an informed decision about opening an account. I have seen Capitec's tv ads regarding their product offering but what really sold me was this polite, personable young man I met today. I have accounts at two other banks and have become increasingly averse to going into bank branches because of the bad attitudes I encounter and was truly impressed with Itshepeleng, his attitude is truly refreshing. He is someone that can excel in your company with the requisite investment. I would definitely hire him and will definitely be telling my friends about him.
