Capitec on a new low

I went to deposit in the bank today... had counted out every penny and sorted, had a list of all the moneys, v organised... first of all I hadn't used the capitec bags, so the standard that applies to all the banks, I found out does not apply to Capitec, they have different change amounts... we had started with the 5c pieces, so I took those back and asked for a capitec bag... and in the meant time could they just weight the rest of the coin collection, as I thought some denominations might correlate! Well she now couldn't do that without a bag... so she hived off to the office, I waited and eventually she returned saying there were no bags so she couldn't help me!!! I was unimpressed that the teller was not polite and did not even say sorry, just that is how it is!!! What is going on with capitec
have gone and deposited in my husbands fnb account!
