Great Sales Service

On monday 30th September I went into Capitec Bank in Germiston in the ABSA building off of FH ODENDAAL street. I was not a Capitec client and required a loan. A friendly salesperson assisted me to go through the process. Inspite of several issues requiring us to change terminals, she was informative (about what the process entailed, and what steps were required) and helpful (explained products clearly and patiently). This turned a very long appilication process into a pleasant experience and I ended up opening a savings account, getting internet banking and mobile registered and setup. I intended to only get a loan that morning but Grace's impeccable service and outstanding attitude made me consider taking more products and consider moving my day to day banking to Capitec Bank.

She is an asset to that branch and indeed to the organisation. Hats off to that young lady.
