Bad service to a good custome

I have been banking with FNB in both my personal and business capacity for the better part of 6 years and i find that FNB have Zero loyalty to their good customers.

I recently applied for a home loan through FNB of which was declined due to a credit card that i had with them some 5 years ago that was settle in full well over 3 years ago.

All of my accounts with FNB bring in a lot of money and i find that the treatment i am getting from their home loan department is extremely displeasing.

I recently bought a truck worth R 350'000.00 which was easily financed through Nedbank within 2 days but i am having a problem to finance a R 730'000.00 apartment through FNB of which i have even paid a R 75'000 deposit.

I am currently frustrated beyond belief by the way i have been treated by my own bank and am in the right frame of mind to pull all my accounts from FNB and take them to another bank.

Disgusted really.
