Opening of new account

I went to Capitec, Mall @ Carnival to open a new one account. the service initally was very good. Staff member that assisted me was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite.
There were some difficulities with correct paperwork required to open the account. But even when i got upset and annoyed both the lady assisting me and the branch manager still treated me politely and with understanding. To date i have only had joy dealing with Capitec and would definately recommend them to anyone wishing to change banks.
