My leaking geyser is not being fixed

On Saturday 24 Aug 2013 11:54AM. We called Nedbank Insurance to claim on a leaking geyser. They advised the plumbing company Macs Plumbing will be out at 16:00 the same day. Since they have not been out on Saturday, I called on Monday and they advised someone will be out soon. I called again Tuesday afternoon and they advised someone will call me shortly. Today is Wednesday and no one has been out yet. I called the call center and Ayanda advised the call was closed, then advised they will send someone out. I saud they have been telling me this since Sunday and I need action or I will go to https:/// and Ayandas' responce was "go to hello peter".
