Auto teller took money - waiting 2 weeks refund

On 19th August my Dad went to the ATM in Fish Hoek to withdraw money. He had R800 in his account. The transaction cancelled half way through, the money was deducted from his account but no money was dispensed. My dad immediately went into the Fish Hoek branch who told him that he had to phone the call centre. It has now been 2 weeks, numerous phone calls and he still doesn't have his money back. My parents are pensioners, my sick with cancer and this was the only money they had. I think this is absolutely disgusting and nobody from the bank seems to care about this or have prioritised it in any way. The supervisors have promised to call a few time - no calls have been received. Is this the way Standard Bank services it's customers??? I hope this complaint will illicit some response!!! I have put her details below.
