Unauthorized fee by the bank

I'd like to compliment Regina Maphosa on her professionalism she showed yesterday with regards to my complaint, FNB Housing deducted an amount out of my account for my first house installment but they house hasn't even been constructed. I explained this to her and she asked for my statement to check which I emailed to her. She then advised that she has directed my query to the right department and money would be reversed today which it has been. I'd like to say to her that she must keep up the great customer service and I hope FNB Housing recognizes her.
